Yoga in the Gym

Join Yoga Instructor Ann E. Kraut R.Y.T. 200 for a fun strengthening and stretching Yoga series based around your back, neck and shoulders. This series is appropriate for all levels. Look forward to more mobility, flexibility, and personal attention during your sessions.

Yoga for Hips, Sacrum, Sciatica and IT Band

Mondays:       9:30-10:30 AM
Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00 PM
