Evan has been heavily invested in the fitness realm since high school when he conducted a year-long research project at Northwestern University and helped to start a student athletic trainer program. He received an undergraduate degree in Health Science from Bradley University in 2014 and his Masters degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Applied Exercise Physiology from University of Illinois-Chicago in 2017.
Evan is a NASM certified personal trainer, FMS certified, and is a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He has served as a high school strength and conditioning coach, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, seminar instructor and adjunct professor of physical education. He has also participated in many athletic endeavors including CrossFit, Spartan Race, Olympic Weightlifting and powerlifting. He is currently focused on strongman and hopes to compete on the national stage soon.
