Since high school, Evan has been heavily invested in the fitness realm when he conducted a year-long research project at Northwestern University and helped start a student athletic trainer program. He received an undergraduate degree in Health Science from Bradley University in 2014 and his Masters degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Applied Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2017.
Evan is a NASM certified personal trainer and is also certified in FMS, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition, he has served as a high school strength and conditioning coach, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, seminar instructor, and adjunct professor of physical education.
Evan hopes the diverse experiences and blessings he's been given can be of great benefit in helping others live healthier, more functional lives.
