Angie Cochran, LMT - Massage Therapist

Angie graduated from MTI School of Massage Therapy in 2014. She has been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) for two years, specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage. Angie uses myofascial release, trigger point, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching and relaxation techniques to therapeutically aid in pain management and relief for patients.

Angie came to Eastside Wellness Chiropractic as a patient seeking relief from pain. When presented with the opportunity to join the team, she gladly accepted being part of an office that is focused on helping people effectively manage and relieve pain. She is currently working on certification in neuromuscular technique.

Angie is passionate about massage and the many benefits it gives. In addition to the physical effects of massage, it can also be very beneficial for emotional and mental health. Massage therapy reduces stress and anxiety as well as promotes a healthy body image. “In a world full of stress, relaxation isn’t as easy to find as most people think—until they try massage therapy!"
